Our history
Impresa Facchin has been operating in the building sector for more than thirty years. It was born from the passion and initiative of Lino Facchin, who founded the eponymous sole proprietorship at the beginning of the eighties. Brick by brick, the company rapidly increased its experience, up to collaborating at the end of the nineties with the most famous architectural firms of the Triveneto area in Italy.
Eri, his son, breathes and is passionate about
the construction site life since childhood.
Just after completing his studies as a surveyor,
he decided to dedicate himself to his family's passion
and took the company's leadership in 2001.

Impresa Facchin to evolve and specialize.
The restoration and remodeling business continue
to distinguish the company's history,
the company being entrusted with the conservative
restoration of buildings of architectural value,
including the remaking of parts of the facing bricks
inside the Punta della Dogana museum in Venice.
The company also specializes in the processes of innovation and construction of industrial buildings. Among the projects which were subject to intervention was the redevelopment of abandoned areas in cutting-edge buildings, in which advanced production technologies were installed.
